Zune 하드리셋, 소프트리셋하기 그리고 수리하는 방법

Zune을 사용하다보면 리셋할 필요가 있습니다. 특히 먹통이 되면 소프트리셋이 필요하지요. 소프트 리셋은 그냥 백버튼 과 d-pad의 top 버튼을 동시에 누르면 됩니다. 매뉴얼에도 설명이 되어 있습니다. 하지만, 하드리셋 (zune의 데이타를 모두지우고 공장에서 나온 상태로 바꿔주는 기능)은 없더군요.

참고로 zune을 파워-오프 하고 싶으시면 백버튼과 다운버튼을 5초 이상 눌러주면 된답니다.

네어버 준카페어서 퍼 왔습니다. 금방 해봤더니 잘 되더군요. 방법은 준을 파워온 한다음에 소프트리셋 하듯이 백버튼과 업 버튼을 동시에 누른후, 다시 백버튼과 레프트와 OK 버튼을 동시에 누릅니다. 한참 누르고 있으면 아래 (3)으로 표시된 화면이 나옵니다. 그럼 끝입니다.

To restore a Zune device, follow these steps:

1.	Reset the device. To do this, set the Hold Switch to unlocked, and then press and hold the Back button at the same time as you press the top of the Control Pad.
2.	Immediately press and hold the Back button at the same time as you press both the left side of the Control Pad and the OKControl Pad. Continue to hold these buttons as your Zune device restarts, until screen 3, "Please wait," appears. After the message appears, you can release the buttons. Screen 4, "Clearing contents. Please wait," appears, followed by screen 1, "Connect Zune to your PC." button in the middle of the
3.	Put your Zune device on a stable surface, and then connect it to the computer. After the device is connected to the computer, screen 2, "On your PC, open the Zune software and restore the Zune device firmware," appears.
4.	Start the Zune software. You will be prompted to update the Zune firmware. If you do not receive this message, you must manually start the update process.
